OUR PROCESS
Every commercial job is planned around keeping disruption to your business or premises to a minimum. Here’s how it works.
We assess the floor, the footfall it takes and how the space is used, then advise honestly on the right approach.
We recommend a hard-wearing finish to suit the use, and give you a clear written quote once we've seen the floor.
Evenings, weekends, term breaks or shutdown periods, whatever keeps you running. We plan the timing with you.
Minimal dust set-up, our equipment catches 98% of dust, work areas cordoned, and we can assist with risk assessments and method statements.
Sanding, repair or installation, phased where possible so parts of your premises stay open while we work.
A walk-round handover, care guidance for your team, and an optional scheduled maintenance plan to protect the floor.
MINIMAL DISRUPTION
A wood floor in a busy commercial space can be sanded, repaired or replaced without closing your doors for long. We work out of hours where it helps, keep dust down with our dust-free system, and leave the area clean and safe each day.

We offer bespoke maintenance and aftercare packages to keep your facility’s floors in top condition and protect the investment long term. Regular inspections, buff-and-recoats and refinishing as needed, all scheduled around your opening hours so there is no disruption.
